New Building Enhancement Plan
The complete enhancement plan is broken down into seven areas with a total cost just north of $44,000.
The seven areas include:

(2) Inside the Main Gym

(1) Hallways
Room Number Signage | $4,500
New matching signage for the entire building including classrooms, offices, storage, etc. to be included in the new addition and existing building.
No longer needed, thank you!
Metal Lettering | $700
Metal directional signage will make clear to visitors where they need to go when entering into the commons.
This signage will be custom fabricated metal lettering raised off the wall for greater aesthetic appeal.

(2) Inside Main Gym
American Flag | $250 No longer needed, thank you!
To honor America we would like to display a large 10' x 15' flag horizonally on the north wall.

Seating Signage | $900 ($225 per)
Seating signage is required by the WIAA, with this being a new space we hope to make our signs prominent, sturdy and made to last. Made from 2mm Alupanel. Each sign will be 4' x 2'.
Conference Sign | $4,900
Instead of putting up individual banners or flags for each school in our conference, we have designed and hope to get a large multilayer Alupanel sign. This would allow for swapping out conference teams if and when changes occur within the conference.

Conference Championship Signage | $7,200 ($3,600 per)
To highlight all of our conference championships in all sports we have designed boys and girls conference championship banners which measure 9'x 16'and will be made of 3mm Alupanel.

State Championship Signage | $1,900 No longer needed, thank you!
We would love to proudly and publicly display our state championships throughout our school history from the days we were in WISSA through now, and what better way than to do so in the Main Gym! Sign will be made of 3mm Alupanel
Large MLHS Cross | $1,200 - No longer needed, thank you!
Custom fabricated, one of a kind Manitowoc Lutheran High School / Lakeshore Lutheran School cross measuring 14' x 8'9" This would be the prominent feature and focus of our gymnasium on the south end wall.

(3) Corridors
MLHS Lettering & Backlit Lancer | $1000
Custom fabricated 6" metal lettering 'Manitowoc Lutheran High School Est. 1956' and 5' diameter full color, backlit lancer to be located when entering through the north vestibule and visible from Lancer Circle through the doors.

"Home of the Lancers" Vinyl Lettering| $1,000
Home of the Lancers vinyl lettering. Vinyl printed graphics on 3mm wrap cast.

These will line the hallway between the two Main Gym entrances.
The frames will be filled with various pictures of MLHS sports teams/players from different eras of MLHS history.

Custom fabricated 30"diameter full color metal Lancer logo. This will be surrounded by all the regional/sectional champion/runner up plaques. This is located in the hallway leading into the Main gym.

These will line the hallway between the two Main Gym entrances.

(4)Locker Rooms
Accent Wall Wrap | $2,780 ($1,390 each)
Printed vinyl graphics on 3mm wrap cast. This is seen when entering the home locker rooms. Design still to be finalized, two concepts are below.

Above Locker Wall Wrap | $2,800 ($1,400 each)
Printed vinyl graphics on 3mm wrap cast. This would be in both the boys and girls home locker rooms above the lockers. Design still to be finalized, concepts are below.
(5)Parking Lot
6 Parking Lot Avenue Flags | $1,800 ($300 each)
To help beautify the outside of our building we have 6, 18oz full color, digitally printed banner set.

10 Updated Logo Rugs | $3,500
Large 4' x 6' rugs needed at various entry points into the building, these high quality rugs will feature the update Lancer logo and cross.
