Welcome to a new school year!
We are looking forward to another fun- filled year with the fine arts students at MLHS. It is a blessing to see so many young men and women using their God- given gifts to serve and glorify their Savior. We are trying something new this year with a monthly newsletter to help keep everyone in the loop as we all juggle many activities and schedules. We pray this will be beneficial to our busy families. MLHS Accents- Join us for the first meeting on September 8!
All parents and guardians are invited to get involved by attending the quarterly meetings for our fine arts booster club, Accents! The meetings will take place at 7pm in Room 135 on September 8, November 5, January 12, and April 6. We hope to see you there!

SEPTEMBER 2024 FINE ARTS SCHEDULE
Jr. Lancer Youth Choir-Register Now!
JLYC is open to all Lakeshore Lutheran School students in grades 4-8. We rehearse from
8:30-9:15am in the MLHS choir room on Saturdays in fall starting October 5 and perform at the Jr. Lancer Winter Concert on December 8. More information including the full schedule and the link to register can be found on the MLHS website. Contact Ms. Scharf if you have any questions.
Beginner Band Small Group Lessons-September 7 and 21
We invite all Jr. Lancer Beginners to join us for small group lessons at MLHS on September 7 and 21. Each instrument group will be led by an instructor who specializes on their instrument. This is a great opportunity for the students to dig in and learn more about their instruments. We strongly encourage all beginners to attend!
