Lancer Call News - Mark Stein & Rachel Holper

We are thrilled to announce that two of the three calls we have issued have been accepted! Meaning that next year we will welcome Mrs. Rachel Holper to our faculty as our new American Sign Language and foods instructor. We also welcome Mr. Mark Stein to our faculty to serve in the science department. Mark currently serves at Fox Valley Lutheran high school in Appleton. We are blessed to have them both join us in our ministry here at MLHS next fall!

Mr. Robert Buss is still holding our call to serve in our English & Social Studies departments. Please keep him and his family in your prayers has he deliberates.

We also welcome a new teacher to our faculty for second semester. Mr. Noah Uhlenbrauck. Noah is teaching our geography and speech/composition courses this semester. Noah is a 2020 graduate of Fox Valley Lutheran high school and December 2024 graduate from Martin Luther College. MLHS Receives WRISA Accreditation Once Again

The Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Religious and Independent Schools Accreditation (WRISA) convened in November for a thorough and comprehensive review of our Annual Report documents. This meeting was a critical component of the accreditation process, serving as an opportunity for the Board to meticulously examine the various aspects of our school's performance, achievements, and adherence to the established standards of excellence. After an extensive and careful review, which involved evaluating numerous facets of our educational offerings, governance, and overall institutional effectiveness, the Board unanimously approved the continuation of our accreditation status once again, reinforcing the quality of education we provide.

It is essential to note that a significant amount of time, dedication, and effort is invested each year to ensure that our school not only meets but exceeds the rigorous high standards required for accreditation. This involves a collaborative effort from faculty, administration, and staff, all working together to implement best practices, maintain compliance with educational regulations, and foster an environment conducive to student learning and growth. Our commitment to continuous improvement and excellence drives us to regularly assess our programs, seek feedback, and engage in professional development, all aimed at enhancing the educational experience for our students.

For those interested in gaining a deeper understanding of the Wisconsin Religious and Independent Schools Accreditation and the intricate process of accreditation that schools undergo, we invite you to learn more. The accreditation process is not merely a formality; it is a vital mechanism that ensures educational institutions uphold high standards of quality and accountability.
