The Effects of Technology on a Child's Development

Join us on Friday, March 28th for a presentation on The Effects of Technology on a Child's Development and Strategies for Proper Use at Home. This presentation is open to all families from our Lakeshore Lutheran Schools. We will study the research on technology and its impact on growing minds. Using the research as a guide, we will discuss how technology affects home, school, and social life. We will touch on the pitfalls and dangers of misuse and overuse of technology in the home and school. We will develop skills and strategies to guide parents and families on how to use technology in the home and how to communicate these preferences to teachers and influencers in the child's life.

Free Childcare will be provided by our MLHS Shining Through Christ students!

Friday, March 28 (6-8pm) at Manitowoc Lutheran High School
